Appointment Cancellations
We ask that you provide us with notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. This consideration will create availability for another patient requiring medical care. Patients who do not show for a scheduled appointment without cancelling 24 hours in advance will be charged a $30 no-show fee that will need to be paid prior to the next scheduled visit.
Arrival at the Clinic for your Appointment
If you are a New Patient to the clinic and have a MyChart account, you will receive messages in MyChart to eCheck-In in advance of the visit. If you complete eCheck-In, you will receive a bar code you can scan at the clinic entrance to bypass having to check in at the front desk. This will save you time in clinic.
If you do not eCheck-In as a New Patient, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time and:
- You will be required to provide proof of identity and your insurance card so we can file an insurance claim with your carrier on your behalf.
- You will be required to complete eCheck-In on a tablet in our reception room.
- You will be required to pay any copay, coinsurance or deductibles that you are responsible for as a result of your insurance policy. Patients will be asked to reschedule if they are not prepared to make payments they are responsible for at the time of service.
If you are a Return Patient to the clinic and have a MyChart account, you will receive messages in MyChart to eCheck-In in advance of the visit. If you complete eCheck-In, you will receive a bar code you can scan at the clinic entrance to bypass having to check in at the front desk. This will help us optimize your clinic visit.
If you do not eCheck-In as a Return Patient, please arrive 20 minutes early to:
- Complete eCheck-In on a tablet in our reception room.
- Pay any copay, coinsurance or deductibles that you are responsible for as a result of your insurance policy. Patients will be asked to reschedule if they are not prepared to make payments they are responsible for at the time of service.
